During my time at Northeastern University I have developed proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud using Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Coming from an educational background in traditional art materials using acrylic paint, graphite, and charcoal, I have since explored using Procreate as a way of creating digital artwork.
In April 2023, I was elected to join the Korean American Student Association's executive board and now serve as the Programs Coordinator running The Gajok Program, our student mentor program. My responsibilities include making pairings between upper and lower classmen, organizing events, and posting and creating informational graphics for the gajok instagram.

REI
Sales Specialist
During my time at REI, I worked as both a cashier and in the SIF department, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of the retail experience. While working at the register I was responsible for purchases, returns, and order pickups, as well as answering questions and locating items. As a cashier I was also responsible for selling REI memberships to non-member customers and was expected to reach 30% conversion. I consistently passed these numbers and was awarded for high membership rate. In SIF, I processed and packed online orders with accuracy and efficiency, helping restock on the floor as well. I also utilized my design skills and made several signs of varying sizes for the store's permanent and seasonal displays.
